How do Florida agenices find out my criminal record has been sealed or expunged?

If you qualify to have your criminal history record sealed or expunged, and you are successful in getting a court to grant your order, the order will be sent to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE). Once the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) receives a certified court order, which the clerk of court will send, a notification letter will be sent by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) to the arresting agency and any other agencies involved in your case. This notification letter tells those agencies that the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) received and complied with a certified order in accordance with the Florida seal or expunge statutes.
