Select your state to find out what it costs

Questions? These are the most common.

How much does Expeal cost?

It all depends on your state. Some states don't even have a filing fee, others have filing fees as high as $500. Because we know how hard it can be to get back on your feet with a criminal record, we offer all the research and resources we find, absolutely free. That means all the official links, the statutes, the instructions - everything you need to do it yourself, from start to finish. We also offer forms, filled out by you but put together by us, for $99. This includes all the letters, the petitions, the applications, and whatever else it is that needs to be sent. Everything is typed up and put in the very same forms our attorneys use. If you want to hire one of our attorneys, we have attorneys in every single state that have passed stringent standards checks. You can be confident to know that you will be provided with all the necessary information about your attorney, letting you vet them for yourself.

Can I upgrade my plan?

If you choose our Forms, you can hire one of our Attorneys at any time! We will just charge you the difference, nothing extra in terms of fees or costs.

How do I sign up?

It is a simple form at our qualifying page, which will run you through your state's qualification questions. Once you qualify, a simple 3-5 minute form will be all it takes. We use the information you provide us in the form to create all the necessary documents to Expeal your record. Please enter the information carefully so we can get it done right the first time!

Do I need an Attorney?

No! The laws were designed for you to be able to handle this process on your own. That is - if you can figure out how to read through the law. We have studied your state's statutes, governing law, and whatever else impacts your rights, and make sure that we have the correct documents and forms for any situation. However, if you want an Attorney, we will give you one that you can trust - and afford.
