Nevada Expeal Guide

Nevada allows for the sealing of certain arrest and conviction records via petition.

Statutes

The following statutes govern the Expeal process in Nevada:

• NRS 179.245 Sealing records after conviction: Persons eligible; petition; notice; hearing; order; waiver of fees for certain victims of sex trafficking.
