A Second Chance for Collier County (On Us)

We believe your past shouldn't dictate your future. That's why we are excited to re-launch Expeal with a special pilot program exclusively for residents of Collier County, Florida.

We have always provided free information and steps to clear records so anyone in Florida could do it themselves. Now we want to automate the process from start to finish for every single American. To make sure our system can handle that, we are looking for 50 local residents to pilot what we’ve built for Florida.

If you qualify, all we ask for is your feedback. In exchange, we will cover the entire cost of our upcoming “DIY+” or “Law Firm” package – you get to choose what you prefer. The only thing you’ll have to pay is the usual required costs and fees charged by the state, courts, and other official bodies.

We are also setting aside a bonus offer for the first 15 “Early Bird” users. You’ll have the option to choose to:

  1. Work with a Florida attorney who has offered to represent the 15 “Early Birds” pro bono;
  2. Take your paperwork to your local Legal Aid office;
  3. Do the same with a local attorney you find through the American Bar Association; or
  4. Take charge yourself, using the documents and steps we provide to manage the process with our support.

Remember, we are also not a law firm so there is no attorney/client relationship. We are a tech company that has worked with lawyers to create templates that are used to generate the exact documents you need, filled out with the information you provide.
